- Use the New Roster button to submit a new roster.
- Use the View Roster button to display the current roster information (or "confirmation page").
You must know the current Roster Confirmation number and Roster Password.
- Use the Update Roster button to change information for a previously submitted roster.

- Use the Medical Release Form button to view (and print) the required Player Medical & Liability Release Agreement Form.
